It is a dynamic organization with nearly 140 employees and over 20 years of innovation.<\/p>\n","the_role":"<p class=\"p1\">Reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, the <span class=\"s1\">Director, Human Resources and Organizational Development<\/span> plays a strategic role within Corem.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This individual is responsible for fostering a mobilizing organizational culture, developing talent and leadership, and supporting team performance and engagement. The role also involves leading HR strategies and overseeing the Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety teams.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in organizational development, along with solid experience in labour relations and human resources management.<\/p>\n","essential_criteria":"<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Bachelor\u2019s degree in industrial relations, human resources, labour relations, organizational psychology, or a related field<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development, including human resources management<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Significant experience in a unionized environment, with strong knowledge of Quebec labour laws and union practices<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Experience managing or supervising HR teams or multidisciplinary teams<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Proven experience implementing and leading strategic HR practices, including organizational transformation initiatives<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Excellent communication, mediation, and conflict resolution skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">CRHA\/CRIA designation and\/or an MBA: strong assets<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Expertise in organizational development and change management, including in technical or scientific environments: a significant asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","team_member":[{"ID":1113,"post_author":"8","post_date":"2025-02-12 04:00:54","post_date_gmt":"2025-02-12 09:00:54","post_content":"<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Meggie has <strong>over 15 years of experience in marketing. <\/strong>She began her career as an <strong>experiential project <\/strong>manager at Newad, before moving into account management roles for well-known brands such as Fido, Coppertone, Yoplait, Volkswagen, Aerius, and many others.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>After leading experiential tours across C<strong>anada<\/strong> for more than seven years, she transitioned into the cultural sector, where she contributed to the development of Productions Gregory Charles. She played a key role in the creation, execution, and promotion of various shows and festivals.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Her experience at Transat, starting in 2015, led her to oversee international marketing before taking on the role of Brand Lead, Onboard Experience.
