Holder of a Master\u2019s degree in Business Development Management with a specialization in Marketing, Communication, and Digital, she began her career in France in internal communication before transitioning to external communication and web content after arriving in Canada in 2018.
Throughout her academic and professional journey, Alice has refined her sense of organization, management, and collaboration by working on project teams and using the agile method.
Simultaneously, she developed a growing interest in human resources, especially in recruitment. It was in January 2023 that she joined La T\u00eate Chercheuse (LTC) as a Talent Management Project Manager.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of Marketing and Sales, the Digital Marketing and Advertising Project Manager ensures the integrity and visibility of the organization\u2019s brand.<\/p>\n
The incumbent contributes to achieving sales objectives by implementing and managing digital platforms as well as traditional and digital advertising campaigns across all company needs.<\/p>\n

Experience in campaign tracking, data analysis, and performance reporting<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Experience designing visuals for traditional and digital advertising campaigns in appropriate formats<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Experience in web project management, including participation in website redesigns and collaboration with web marketing agencies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
