Meggie has over 15 years of experience in marketing. <\/strong>She began her career as an experiential project <\/strong>manager at Newad, before moving into account management roles for well-known brands such as Fido, Coppertone, Yoplait, Volkswagen, Aerius, and many others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After leading experiential tours across Canada<\/strong> for more than seven years, she transitioned into the cultural sector, where she contributed to the development of Productions Gregory Charles. She played a key role in the creation, execution, and promotion of various shows and festivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her experience at Transat, starting in 2015, led her to oversee international marketing before taking on the role of Brand Lead, Onboard Experience. Among her achievements, she is particularly proud of the complete redesign of Air Transat\u2019s Kids Club.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Manager, Digital Sales Channel is responsible for the overall performance, profitability, operational efficiency and optimization of the digital sales channel.<\/p>\n

He or she ensures a seamless end-to-end customer experience, from online appointment booking through in-store billing for digital customers, by reducing both digital and operational friction points.<\/p>\n

This strategic role acts as a multidisciplinary orchestrator, creating strong synergies between digital teams (UX\/UI, IT, marketing), customer experience teams and field operations to maximize online sales while eliminating operational constraints.<\/p>\n

The role combines customer-centric vision, performance analytics, digital innovation and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a consistent and high-performing omnichannel experience.
