Amandine Matrat

Originally from the south of France, Amandine naturally brought the warmth of the sun with her in her suitcases! Having a penchant for travel and adventure since her early childhood, she began her studies in tourism. Her dream was to become a flight attendant, but fate decided otherwise. Driven above all by human contact and the sharing of experience, she reinvented herself for a while as a sales rep.

Following five years in sales, in 2018 her professional destiny takes a 360° turn as she discovers the field of human resources within an employment agency. She is passionate about this profession and her interpersonal skills are put forward. With a strong sense of team spirit, vitality and a certain ability to adapt to new situations, Amandine is ambitious and likes to see things through.

Seizing the opportunities offered, she is now in Montreal, putting her HR experience, her knowledge of digital marketing and social networks to good use for the benefit of the La tête chercheuse team. A great asset in the new sourcing service, she feels ready to take on new challenges.
