Nicolas, originally from Europe, has traveled the world, living, studying, and exploring across continents before settling in Montreal in 2005.

His desire to explore the world has granted him a deep understanding of diverse cultures, fostering strong interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, he is fluent in French, English, and Dutch, and can even converse in Spanish and understand German.

With a master’s degree in International Economics, he began his career at TransPerfect Global Inc. There, he held senior roles in operations management, sales, and international programs, actively contributing to the company’s growth in Canada and effectively recruiting talents for local and international teams, notably in India. He collaborated with major clients across various sectors including retail, finance, communications, marketing, legal, pharmaceutical, and automotive.

In 2017, Nicolas joined La tête chercheuse, leveraging his strategic acumen and skills to provide high-level talent search expertise for executive and leadership positions in media, operations, finance, legal, retail, and non-profit sectors to the firm’s clients.

He actively engages as a board member and secretary at QueerTech. Nicolas is passionate about management and recruitment. Throughout his career, he has prioritized human-centric approaches, emphasizing equality, diversity, and inclusion. His versatility, interpersonal skills, and dynamism reflect his unwavering commitment to client and candidate satisfaction.
