Role

The Director of Business Partnership and Talent Development plans, directs, develops and coordinates the policies, activities and staff of the Human Resources Department. The Director is responsible for the design and adoption of programmes that promote, maintain and transform the work experience of staff.

Must have

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, industrial relations, business administration or other relevant field. Master's degree in organizational development an asset;
  • 15 years of experience in human resources management, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role, with team management;
  • Understanding of the business partnering and/or talent development needs of a fast paced, performance and growth driven organization in a rapidly changing/innovative business environment;
  • Business partnering expertise (management coaching, conflict resolution, HR program creation and/or management, employee experience, business and work process optimization, etc.);
  • Expertise in talent development (training/e-learning, succession planning, performance management, development of management, technical and transferable skills, etc.);
  • Strength in data analysis, KPI tracking and HR technology;
  • Proven track record in managing high performance teams;
  • Member of the Ordre des CRHA or CRIA du Quebec, an asset.
