Reporting to the Director, Strategic Digital Growth, your duties will include developing, implementing and monitoring revenue maximization strategies, including but not limited to, identifying special revenue opportunities, establish pricing and packaging of inventory, communicating revenue results and advocating for changes to yield stronger results, monitoring the competition landscape, supporting digital sales teams, working with content and product teams as a Revenue ambassador as well as fostering third-party monetization relationships.
In addition, manage the Digital Revenue Optimization Team, and their performance, offering support and guidance, and facilitate continuous learning and employee engagement. Provide strategic direction to her team for all short and long-term decisions for Digital. Identify and recommend business process improvements. Provide direction and approvals to Sales, on inventory yield recommendations and decisions. Provide recommendations and directions for all departmental strategies and future industry/ business trends.
- Bachelors’ degree in a related field;
- Strong knowledge of Digital Platforms;
- Strong knowledge of the advertising industry and how it functions, as well as relevant industry experience such as buying or planning in an agency;
- Comprehensive knowledge of research data (ie. ComScore, Omniture, MOAT and DFP) and emerging measurement tools such as Facebook's Audience Network.
