Insight Leadership Inc., Director

Vincent is a founder and Director of Insight Leadership Consulting Limited in Hong Kong and Insight Leadership Inc. in Montréal, Canada.   He lived in Hong Kong for ten years after living in Shanghai from 1995 to 2000.   Before opening his own companies, Vincent worked 12 years for the global human resource consulting firm Hewitt Associates (now called Aon Hewitt). He held several positions culminating in him being the General Manager for Hewitt’s Hong Kong operations.

For the past 25 years, he has travelled the world advising, coaching, and developing leaders in multinational companies.  He has trained thousands of managers on the art of leadership and the science of management.  Over the last ten years, he has perfected a senior leadership development program with Mr. Dominic Brittain.  The program is a multi-module intense nine-day leadership improvement journey based on Mr. Brittain’s 30 years of experience leading elite bomb disposal units and Vincent’s extensive experience in the corporate world.

Vincent helps leaders improve performance, successfully manage career transition and relocations, and change behaviours in his coaching work. His coaching clients include CEOs, MDs, entrepreneurs, and managers in senior positions.

He’s worked with Manulife Hong Kong, adidas AG, PPG, Invesco, and Wal-Mart Corporation.

His ideas on HR issues have been published in journals and newspapers such as the China Staff, the China Economic Quarterly, and The South China Morning Post.

To keep his feet firmly in the business world, he founded and managed several companies, including a fully integrated gelato manufacturing and wholesaling business in Hong Kong and, more recently, an online shop selling high-performance windsurfing equipment, a lifelong windsurfing enthusiast himself.

Vincent has an MA in International Affairs from George Washington University in Washington DC and a BA in Chinese Studies from the University of California at San Diego. Vincent is fluent in English, French, and Italian and has a decent understanding of Mandarin.
