Valérie Martin, CRHA

Valérie is a management and leadership coach with 23 years of experience in the corporate world. This experience has allowed her to understand the realities and challenges that leaders and organizations encounter daily. As a strategic partner, she excels in quickly building relationships based on trust.​

She is known for her human, empathetic, practical and structured approach to helping her clients achieve their ambitious goals and develop. The coaching process often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity, and leadership.

Over the past decades, she has served on several executive teams and boards. As a result, she has developed an expertise in organizational transformation, leadership, talent development, public relations, human resources management, employee experience, corporate culture, and CSR. She has also been a speaker at numerous international events where she had the opportunity to touch on various topics that fascinate her.

Valerie held the position of Vice President, Communications, Culture and CSR for the ALDO Group, a global fashion footwear company. She recently served as Vice President, Talent & Culture for the LCI Education Network, which spans over five continents.

She completed her course in Management Coaching and is also a member of the Coaching Institute at Harvard Medical School. She aspires to adopt the latest research in positive psychology and leadership in her practice.
