An avid advocate of change and people, Flavie accompanies companies and their employees in defining their organizational culture and values to provide a unique and engaging employee experience.
With over 25 years of experience, she has served for more than 15 years as a strategic human resources leader in high-growth companies, mainly in the entertainment and technology fields. She was also co-founder of a video game company, where she developed her business acumen. Since January 2021, Flavie has been working as a strategic consultant to help her clients set up value-added human resources departments.
Flavie holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from the Université de Montréal. She has also completed a professional coaching course at the Edgenda – International Mozaik School.
