The role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Internal Communications, this role will lead a talented team of communication professionals. In collaboration with their manager, the incumbent will craft clear, consistent, and compelling messages that foster employee engagement and support organizational change initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record in internal communications, fluency in both French and English, and a strong understanding of diverse communication channels and strategies.

The right fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in communications management and strategic planning (experience in an international B2B environment with high cultural and political sensitivities is an asset);
  • Experience in team leadership and managing external partners (agencies, freelancers, etc.);
  • Proven success in developing internal communication strategies in a dynamic and evolving environment (experience in external communications is a plus);
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with tact and persuasion, adapting messaging style and content based on different audiences and decision-makers;
  • Proficiency in various communication tools (Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Viva Connections, and Viva Engage);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
