The role

Under the supervision of the CEO, Botsis is looking for an experienced, motivated, and innovative warehouse leader to oversee the receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping of a wide range of fresh products, ensuring that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Additionally, the leader will modernize processes and implement a future-focused strategy for the distribution of fresh products.

The right fit
  • Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in entrepreneurial and corporate environments.
  • Experience in distribution center automation.
  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Experience in process optimization.
  • Experience in budget management.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Experience in continuous improvement / Lean Six Sigma.
  • Experience collaborating with sales and purchasing teams.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software, databases, and systems.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain distribution processes.
  • Experience in route optimization, truck maintenance, and cost management.
