The company

Humanise Collective is a group of individuals driven by the desire to do the best work possible, humanly and collaboratively. They work with people and for people. The collective consists of 8 well-established agencies and consulting firms in the communications industry, based in Montreal and Toronto, supported by a shared services management firm.

The 8 agencies and firms are: Bleublancrouge, Glassroom, Fieldtrip, L’institut Idée, Tulipe, BrandBourg, GSM, and The Garden.

Humanise Collective provides clients with complementary disciplines and a wide range of expertise, without the complexity of a large network.

The Humanise Collective approach is B4H, or “Business for Humans.” This approach stems from a core belief: clients and their clients are, above all, people. They build connections with them and, driven by genuine concern, help them overcome daily challenges. Forget about hierarchies or “us versus them” dynamics. Here, it’s not about roles or hierarchy. They think side-by-side to find the best ideas together.

The role

Reporting to the Vice President of Talent and Culture, the Director of Talent and Culture is someone passionate about people and thriving in growing environments. Through relevant cultural initiatives, this person will support the collective’s growth strategy and plan and help establish an innovative and engaging organizational culture.

Humanise Collective is looking for someone eager to take on challenges, with strong leadership and a “challenger” mindset. A person who loves creating authentic connections, respecting each individual’s entirety and uniqueness, beyond roles.
