The role

Reporting to the Director of the Real Estate Division of Groupe BMTC, the Maintenance Director will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all BMTC real estate properties in Quebec.

The right fit

7 to 10 years of experience in a similar role or any other relevant experience;
A bachelor’s degree in administration, engineering, construction, or any other relevant field;
Good knowledge of construction, building techniques, plumbing, heating, etc.;
Customer-oriented;
Ability to prioritize, organize work, and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Ability to delegate;
Demonstrates initiative, autonomy, and proactivity;
