The role

Reporting to the group’s catering director, the restaurant manager plays a central role in day-to-day operations, providing leadership in planning, coordinating, and supervising the front-of-house team. Delivering a high-level customer experience and placing great importance on every aspect of service are essential elements of this role. By fostering an environment where every customer enjoys attentive service and a memorable dining experience, the director will ensure operational excellence, directly contributing to the success of the establishment.

The right fit

Training in hotel management, business administration, catering, or a related field;
At least 5 years of experience in restaurant management;
Experience in team management;
Administrative management skills;
Experience in managing high volumes of customers;
Ability to communicate in French and English.
